Video Projects—a few examples

Old Homestead Alpacas | CMBell

A four-part series tells the story of Old Homestead Alpacas through the seasons. As project manager and director on set for CMBell, I worked with the client to schedule the shoots, create the shot lists, and finalize the scripts. On set, I directed and was one of two videographers. During editing, I marked b-roll shots for the editor, acted as an internal reviewer, and led the client review cycles.

Blue Zones Project Walla Walla Valley | CMBell

A series of three market entry videos created by CMBell when I was leading marketing and brand engagement for Blue Zones Project Walla Walla Valley. I managed the contracted work with CMBell, wrote the project creative briefs, selected the voices and conducted the video interviews, reviewed and approved the shot list, helped create the sets and select shots on set, suggested and approved music, and reviewed/approved the videos.

City of Sumner | CMBell

As project manager for CMBell on a refresh of a tourism video for the City of Sumner, Washington, I worked with the client to select clips to be replaced, identify new shots, schedule a two day shoot, direct the shoot and talent, was one of two videographers on set, select shots for editor, and lead client review and approval cycles.

Compassion International | Kelly Black

I traveled to Peru to document children and families who benefit from Compassion International’s child sponsorship programs. This video was designed to be a simple documentary that internal customers in other marketing groups within Compassion International could utilize, add music, and brand in a way that fit their specific audience. It was also designed to show the type of footage available within the department's large archive system.

CMBell 25 Year Anniversary Video Series

As part of a video testimonial series celebrating CMBell’s 25th anniversary, I conducted video interviews with clients to highlight the ways CMBell has helped uplift their brands and tell their stories. These are two examples from the series.

City of Walla Walla roundabout safety video

A video created in partnership with the City of Walla Walla while leading communications with Blue Zones Project Walla Walla Valley. Working with a city public works communications coordinator and videographer, I helped concept the video, recruited local mascots from a minor league team and college, and helped direct on set.
